At Erno Laszlo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare ritual; if you are not content with your purchase, we accept returns of new or gently used products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid USPS shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all lids are tightly closed to prevent leaking during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized USPS location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
